A sterile assembly of implantable devices designed for the stabilization of fractured/surgically-cut bones of the limbs (long bones), their appendages (hands, feet), pelvis, craniomaxillofacial bones, and/or for limb-joint fusion. It typically consists of a set of bone fixation plates, screws, wires, and pins made of materials that cannot be chemically degraded or absorbed via natural body processes (e.g., implant grade metal, surgical steel, titanium alloy, or carbon fibre). Rehabilitation outcomes became more positive with this subtalar implant. It really helped stabilize my ankle, allowing for much better mobility and less pain during my recovery. The material feels sturdy and well-made, which gave me confidence in its long-term effectiveness. My only slight concern is that the initial fitting felt a bit snug, though it did loosen up over time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the improvement it's brought to my daily activities and would recommend it to others facing similar challenges.
