Support during therapy sessions was strengthened by the remarkable stability this screw system provided. It truly felt secure, allowing me to focus on the exercises without any worry about slippage or loosening. The headless design is a nice touch, preventing any snagging or irritation. My only slight hesitation is that for extremely precise adjustments, I found myself wishing for a bit more micro-control, though it's definitely a minor point. Overall, a solid and reliable component for my needs.
