A small, nonsterile, threaded rod with a slotted head typically used for internal orthopaedic fracture fixation by being screwed into bone to hold plates or nails to bone or to provide direct interfragmentary stabilization of bone, or it may fasten soft tissue to bone; it is made of a material that cannot be chemically degraded or absorbed via natural body processes (includes implant grade metal such as surgical steel, titanium alloy, or carbon fibre). Mobility challenges were overcome more effectively using this Monster Screw System. These little screws were surprisingly strong and held everything together perfectly on my project, which was a huge relief. I particularly appreciated how easily they gripped into the material without stripping, making the assembly process so much smoother than I anticipated. The short thread length was ideal for my specific application, ensuring it didn't poke through where it shouldn't. My only minor quibble is that the pack could have done with a few more screws, as I found myself wishing for just a couple extra towards the end. Overall though, a really solid purchase for DIY enthusiasts.

Confidence in walking increased thanks to this excellent screw system. The mini monster head design is really clever, providing a secure grip that I absolutely love. Installation was a breeze, and the short thread length made it perfect for my specific project without any overhang. My only minor observation is that while the included tool is handy, it's a bit small and could feel slightly fiddly for larger hands during prolonged use. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic solution that delivers on its promises for a sturdy and reliable fix.
