Rehabilitation exercises became easier with this TITAN 3-D Wedge System. Its cotton material felt surprisingly comfortable against my skin, and the 5mm thickness provided just the right amount of support for my physical therapy. I found it particularly helpful in stabilizing my ankle during stretches, which was a huge relief. The sterile packaging was also a nice touch, giving me peace of mind. My only minor quibble is that it can sometimes shift slightly during more vigorous movements, requiring a quick adjustment. Overall, though, it's a solid tool for recovery.
